Once in a while, I’ll find a dress that makes me jump for joy. That’s exactly what I did when I saw this BCBGeneration dress on the rack. It’s a crepe de chine dress with an asymmetrical hem. The pretty cream color is speckled with green and blue dots. So reminiscent of pointillism!
